Managing Communities & Change Agent Networks
Course 06

After this course, you will have a master plan for establishing and sustaining your community or change agent network.
You may have heard phrases such as “Build a data & AI community!”, "Create a concept for Data Citizens" or “You are responsible for the change agent network!” – but how do you actually get started, and what needs to be done to ensure that these networks are successful?
Admittedly, there are many initiatives for change in large organizations. Most of them take place in parallel. Employees are “change-weary” and no longer really want to actively participate as co-creators.
Under these conditions, how can you successfully build a community or change agent network and develop it into a self-organizing and self-sustaining system without constantly being in the lead yourself? And how can you achieve growth for your community or network?
Yes, building, activating, and managing communities and change agent networks is an art!
At The School of Change, you will learn from the best corporate community and change agent network managers. They have successfully built these networks from scratch, made them big, and sustained them. You will learn what their recipes for success were and what didn't work.

With the help of this course, you will not only reach moderately motivated colleagues for your networks, but also create intrinsically motivated co-creators and influencers.
