After completing the course, you will be able to independently organize large-scale change and transformation projects using state-of-the-art methods and evaluate procedures.
What has surprised us most about many change projects in everyday life? Those who are responsible for change management within a company and even external consultants do not know how to proceed.
This is not surprising, as there was no school for change management in Europe before The School of Change was founded. Many project managers of large organizational transformation programs are unfamiliar with change management frameworks. Many young consultants in consulting firms and companies can only attend training courses where change management is taught in a very theoretical manner (e.g., ADKAR model, Kotter change) or purely on an individual and systemic basis with strong esoteric elements.

Of course, these fundamentals are important, but they are of no use to those who have to organize change management in everyday practice during times of major upheaval. Furthermore, they learn nothing about the political and cultural pitfalls that can usually bring any change to a standstill.
Change management usually has few friends.
It is therefore important to plan and implement it carefully.
In this course, you will learn the basic theoretical concepts of change management. But that is only the foundation for us!!!
It is much more important that we work with you on specific and diverse large-scale change projects to identify both the approach and the potential obstacles.
Together, you will then develop a change process design with concrete measures for a typical large-scale transformation project. And, of course, we will address your current personal challenges in the best possible way. Strengthen your Change Muscle and become the change leader in your organization and on your projects!
