Leading the impact of Artificial Intelligence
Course 06

You will gain in-depth expertise in effectively leading teams composed of AI bots/agents, automation, and humans.
In a course on AI and leadership, everything depends on the instructors. You need instructors who have actually managed comprehensive AI projects and empowered executives. Almost no one has that experience - except the instructors at The School of Change.
Change & Transformation Managers at TSoC invented the Human Friendly Automation approach - a change methodology specifically developed for AI - and have applied it to projects involving over 30,000 employees affected by AI. Team leadership plays a central role in this:
Managers must be able to accurately understand the diverse needs of employees in the context of AI. We have analyzed these in great depth - a unique effort worldwide. Based on this experience, we have developed an AI leadership competency model using the expertise of our partners from the Human Friendly Automation Alliance, GfeO, and Zeppelin University.
But what good are models to you as a manager? Not much in everyday life. That’s why we’ve also developed a toolkit for team leaders. It contains 15 tools and playbooks for team leadership during AI implementations. These are derived from employees’ needs regarding AI and have been tested.
In addition, you will learn a holistic AI leadership style that is values-driven. This leadership style is based on the Human Friendly Automation charter of values and principles. You’ll learn how to easily put these values into practice in your daily work with your team. You’ll see their confidence in AI - and in yourself - grow. Together, you’ll shape the AI transformation.
After this course, you will be fully equipped to lead your team. You won’t find this exclusive knowledge anywhere else.
