Artificial intelligence automates human work. Change management ensures the acceptance and use of the technology (AI adoption). However, to meet the requirements of AI, change management usually needs to be expanded to include the framework of human-friendly automation. This is a holistic approach, and with it a new role for change management. The aim is to ensure good work for employees and thereby increase the acceptance and effectiveness of new technologies more quickly.

This course is therefore dedicated to two subject areas: AI Adoption and Human Friendly Automation (HFA). You will learn approaches and measures to sustainably increase the use of AI among users. Procedure models for the introduction and communication measures are presented and discussed.

​The course also focuses on how AI is changing the way people work. Using practical examples, you will learn about the needs of those affected, managers and other stakeholder groups. You will learn and explore measures to develop a human-friendly organization and future for employees in the AI era. The application of the Human Friendly Automation Values Charter is also an integral part of this course.
