You'll be part of a small, exclusive trusting group of max. 8 executives from different industries.
During an intensive Change & Transformation weekend seminar at an altitude of 1,500 meters in cooperation with with two-time Ski World Cup winner Stephan Goergl, CEO of Goergl Intense, we will work together to analyze your situation and challenges.

You will listen to keynote speeches from experts in business, the public sector, sports, science and politics, who will help you successfully navigate the path of change, both strategically and personally. The knowledge of these experienced personalities will be transferred to your own situation. In this way, personal leverage measures will be identified and a personal master plan will be created.
Your "guides" are all personalities you need to bring about profound change. They are change leaders and CxOs with years of experience in large organizations who have achieved turnarounds. They are top athletes with boundary-pushing experiences and unyielding determination. They are political professionals who have skillfully won over internal and external stakeholders. They are successful founders who were once ridiculed as niche figures and are now admired by all. We put together the most exciting lecturers for each group and ensure good teaching methods so that you can benefit from Peaks & Retreats in the long term.
The seminar also serves to promote sustainable networking between participants and lecturers. Afterwards, you will become part of the “TSoC Peak & Retreat Club". This creates a trusting network that we bring together on a regular basis to consolidate knowledge transfer.

Costs for accommodation at 4-star Hotel Zirbenhof, drinks, food, seminar and outdoor-programme, -materials, lift-tickets are included. Travel to the venue is at your own expense. A transfer to Hochfügen can be arranged from Jenbach or Innsbruck train stations / airport and Munich airport.
